It is with a mournful heart that I write to you to inform you of the passing of Owen Halpern, the younger brother of Alan Halpern. Owen was remembered by members of his family at a lovely service graveside at Greenwood Cemetery on Sunday, January 25. Please keep Alan Halpern and his family in your prayers as they mourn their loss. Halpern has been a committed member of our circle for many years and will surely benefit from our support.
