From MDI’s Executive Vice President Olaf Krop, here is the update on three main focuses within an organization aiming to make a difference.
Membership Training Program
The 3-month program of milestones that new men complete to acclimate to life on a men’s team. We’ve held two introductory training sessions so far, one on the West Coast (March 16) and one on the East Coast (April 25). Both had around 19 men, and the response was enthusiastic. We still have a little ways to go, mostly for divisions that are not yet fully utilizing the Membership Training Program. Training here: https://youtu.be/PkFwSMZlRug
Legacy Discovery
The 2.5-day experiential event. Continental Region held a successful Legacy Discovery in Eastern Canada April 21 – 23, with 20 men graduating. Several men who were not yet MDI members attended, and every man experienced a life-changing event! The Pacific Region has a Legacy Discovery scheduled for August 18 – 20, and we are building for a future 60-man event in the Redwoods of Northern California.
Expansion Initiative
MDI’s enrollment program. This continues to bring more men into MDI! We could bring even more men into MDI if we had additional volunteers to be “Ambassadors” that get to talk with men who are responding to our ads and want to join a men’s team. It’s an amazing opportunity to talk with the men who are looking for us! For more information, contact Greg Aldrich (978) 660-2669 to find out how to volunteer.
